Service as It Should Be

In today’s pet care market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent policy for our customers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

  1. Bookings: all clients are required to fill out our pet sitting questionnaire (version francaise) prior to their first service. 

  2. Cancellation: We encourage our clients to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation, however, we recognize that life happens. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please message us and we will discuss options.

  3.  Liability: All clients are required to sign our liability waiver (version francaise) prior to their first service. 

  4. Rescue Animals: For owners of rescue animals, we will offer a 10% discount on all of our services.

  5. Insurance: We are insured by TruShield insurance. If you have questions about our coverage, or would like to see our proof of liability insurance, send us a message. 

  6. Harassment: Harassment occurs when an employee is subjected to unwelcome verbal or physical conduct because of race, religious beliefs, colour, gender, gender identity, gender expression, physical disability, mental disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family status or sexual orientation. Examples of harassment that will not be tolerated by Montreal Pet Care are: verbal or physical abuse, threats, derogatory remarks, jokes, innuendo or taunts related to any employee's race, religious beliefs, colour, gender, gender identity, gender expression, physical disability, mental disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family status or sexual orientation. 

  7. Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, unwanted requests for sexual favours, and other unwanted verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when: (1) submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual's employment; or (2) submission to, or rejection of, such conduct by an individual affects that individual's employment. Sexual harassment can include such things as pinching, patting, rubbing or leering, "dirty" jokes, pictures or pornographic materials, comments, suggestions, innuendoes, requests or demands of a sexual nature. All harassment is offensive and in many cases it intimidates others. It will not be tolerated within our company.
